I have been having severe neck and shoulder pain probably due to a pinched nerve. I usually just ride it out and the pain just goes away, but it only got worse this time. I’ve had a different cervical pillow before, but it was like sleeping on a brick, so I was nervous about purchasing another one. To my surprise, the memory foam provides enough support while also providing that softness and comfort. The cover it comes in makes a difference too because it’s soft and smooth. I use the side with the dots on them as I’m a side sleeper and it also has the indentation on the side for your arms. Though the other side which is a little higher, works just as great. It’s just a bit too high for me, personally. Couldn’t say too much on sturdiness, as I’ve only had it for a few days, but it’s made a noticeable difference in my sleep. Some of my pain has actually subsided and I appreciate any help I can get. If you were helpless like me, it’s worth a try!

Just bought this pillow 7/18 and had a great night sleep 7/19. I didn’t wake up without a ranging headache, shoulder &neck pain. I haven’t felt this good in a long time.The support it gave me during the night was awesome.I’m a side sleeper so when I saw that this pillow can be suitable for side sleepers, that was one of the many reasons it sold me.It’s a great height for neck and shoulders. I will definitely tell my family and friends about this pillow. There is a slight smell at first, but I recommend to let it air out before using it, then you will be good to go.

This Hamyodo cervical neck pillow gave me the best night's sleep I've had in years! I am a side sleeper and have severe pain in the left side of my neck to the point where I cannot sleep on my left side - well, not until last night. It was easy to switch from side-to-side with this pillow and the cooling (removable) pillowcase that it comes with is a nice perk...it is really soft, cool and comfortable. After just one night, my neck and upper back feel better and I look forward to many more nights hopefully making the pain disappear altogether! I highly recommend this product - you have nothing to lose but pain and sleep.

I have a hard time finding decent pillows with my neck issues. That being said, I’ve been using a sleep number pillow for about a decade and it’s getting worn out. I don’t want to drop another $300, so I tried this and surprised to say that it actually works. Supports the neck, and after about a week now, I feelGreat neck pain is nearly gone and I can sleep better most nights. I’m not sure how long this will last but I’m happy I took a chance on this pillow.

The first night I slept on the cervical pillow my neck and back felt a lot better. I didn’t have a usual headache in the morning. I positioned my head in center as indicated and it was quite comfortable and supportive. The case is removable and washable. I will probably put a pillow case over it. I also tend to be a side sleeper during the night and it was perfect. There was no smell. Was able to use immediately. I am so happy with this purchase and look forward to sleeping now.

I just received this pillow and after the first night sleeping with it, it's already helped with the neck pain I had been experiencing. I’m a side sleeper and have suffered from neck and shoulder pain for months. OMG this pillow is the bomb! Got it yesterday, slept on it last night. I can't remember the last time I slept this well. The pillow is very supportive without being too high, too low, too hard, or too soft. It was just right! Woke up this morning without pain, which is amazing! The company sent the pillow quickly and without problem. Update: Three days later, this pillow is still the best I've ever had. No neck pain, no back pain. An added bonus is the shape, which doesn't interfere with my CPAP mask!
