Our simple pumpkin seed protein is made with only organic non-GMO AA grade pumpkin seeds from Central America. Instead of using harsh chemicals, using an old-fashioned cold press process to naturally concentrate protein by removing portions of oil from the seeds, preserving the integrity of nutrients. After partially degreased, it will be carefully ground to fine powder. Not only does it provide beneficial omega fatty acids and minerals such as magnesium, phosphorus and zinc, our pure pumpkin seed protein is hypoallergenic, digestible and efficiently absorbed. With its mild, nut-like flavor and smooth texture, it is a plant-based protein that is perfect for active lifestyles. Review: I’m always looking for simple, clean protein options that don’t overwhelm my smoothies with sweetness, and this organic pumpkin seed protein powder has been a really nice addition to my daily routine. Since it’s unflavored, it gives me the flexibility to mix it into whatever I’m making without changing the overall taste too much. In my video demo, you can see how easily it blends into my drink with just a quick shake and stir. I used frozen strawberries and bananas and added the pumpkin seed protein powder later I add some granola. The texture comes out smooth and not overly gritty, which I really appreciate for a plant-based protein. I like that it’s made with straightforward ingredients and doesn’t include artificial sweeteners. It feels like a more natural option that fits well with a balanced, dairy-free lifestyle. The fact that it’s vegan, non-GMO, and gluten free also makes it easy to work into different dietary preferences. The 20 grams of plant-based protein per serving is a solid boost for smoothies, post-workout shakes, or even mixed into oatmeal. I’ve been using it in simple blends with fruit and nut milk, and it pairs well without overpowering the other flavors. This is a clean, versatile protein powder that works well for anyone who prefers an unflavored option and wants more control over the taste of their recipes. It’s easy to use, blends well, and fits nicely into a mindful, everyday wellness routine. Review: Sprout Living Pumpkin Seed Protein has been a life saver, as a veggie. I blend scoops with coconut water and add supplements such as CBD powder and drink; delicious.

Wow! I love the pumpkin seed unflavored powder. It’s basically like a pure pumpkin seed butter (think peanut butter, almond butter, etc) but DRIED! Pure protein, no whey or other fillers, fake flavors or colors, no sugar or oil. A single ingredient, vs the 20 that are in the old protein powders i used to use. Plus pumpkin seed has an amazingly high magnesium content, which is great for daily recovery. I don’t know what it would be like in only water. I consume it exclusively two ways: - 1 scoop with fresh fruit (1 halo orange, 4 strawberries, or something else comparable) and almond milk (or water if I’m out, it’s just for wetness). This is like a small sipper. Has smoothie thickness but not super cold and doesn’t make a lot. I do this when I already have a healthy breakfast planned but need a calorie/protein/fruit boost. OR - 2 scoops with a halo, fresh berries, greek yogurt, and frozen mango or frozen berries, plus any water or almond milk needed to keep the smoothie moving in the blender. This makes a big, filling, frosty cold, almost milkshakey consistency. I do this when it’s basically the meal, and I may add on something smaller to help me meet my macros (fruit, egg, toasts, etc). Either combo feels great for breakfast after my morning workout and it keeps me full until lunch. It’s definitely helping me meet my goals. It might be a little pricey, but you’re buying pure whole single ingredient. I actually wish it came in a larger bag. My husband and I go through a bag in 2-3 weeks. I’d love a larger size so I can buy less frequently.

Nice protein powder, very subtle taste. It'd be good to know its full mineral profile, if the sellers would like to publish that information on the product page. I make it into a smoothie: 1 cup blueberries 1 tsp coconut oil 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds 2-3 tbsp kefir 3 scoops of pumpkin seed protein (scoop included in bag, around 45g) 3 tsp desiccated coconut water or milk of any kind to cover Update: Pity they discontinued direct sale in the UK! Now it's too expensive to buy from distributors

This is by far the best pumpkin seed protein powder! It has a very neutral taste, blends well with either my sprouted oatmeal or a smoothie with no weird aftertaste and super clean!
