I bought these shorts for a holiday to Türkiye. I wore these virtually every day for the duration of my 14 days stay,They have a compression liner under the shorts, however these are a light compression short, so they are comfortable to wear all day without any chafing. The outer cotton fabric has a slight elastic feel to them, yet hang straight, it also has a draw cord at the waist to secure the shorts, however I have found that cord does have a habit of pulling out the shorts, although its just as easy to rethread.It would benefit having the draw cord at the waist sewn in rather than having it pull out.These are quick drying shorts, I left them hanging on the balcony at 19:00Hrs in the evening and by 08:00Hrs in the morning the shorts where completely dry, However the heat in Türkiye was warm even in the evening so these shorts might dry at different rates depending on the climate of the country that you choose to wear the shorts.The shorts initially does have a habit of going a little yellow on the white band, but then it washes out as it turned out to be the result of the sun cream and chlorine in the pools that effects it. where as the darker bands don't show anything.There are pockets on both the right side and left side and they are zipped shut, and are big enough for me to place my iPhone X within without hindering the zip. There are so many swim shorts that I have bought in the past where the pockets are too small, but in the case of these shorts I found that this is not the case

Sent the first pair back as they were a size too large. Easy transfer. Lovely shorts, well made and comfortable to wear.

These come simply packaged in plastic zip bag, and are available in a range of colours and patterns.The picture of the product is accurate. However a picture doesn't communicate how material feels.These shorts feel good to the touch, and are reasonably weighty, the material and construction is good, part of that weight is down to the double layer form.These are indeed 2 in 1, the outer being a smooth man made material as one would expect from a swimming costume,.The black inner being a little lighter, but softer, which acts to control your junk, and is 15% spandex vs the outer which has 5% spandex, the balance in both being polyester.The two layers are independent of each other, save for at the solid waist band which both broad in width and elasticated, with a drawstring tie to secure.When wet the shorts are then heavier, I don't think this is unexpected and is a feature of the design of a large pair of shorts vs a smaller set of briefs.These are leisure shorts, and are not then choice for competitive swimming, that's not a criticism, as they do the former very well.And although choosing shorts means more material, meaning a longer to dry/dry-ish when you exit the water, the material has a reasonable relative to dry time.Not only do these have the "look", akin to cargo shorts as a design, there are pockets that have zips, these then can carry waterproof items.Sizing is if anything on the more generous size of the measurements, but not so much to be awkward, and again is appropriate given the baggy look the shorts design goes for.I think these are great pair of swim shorts.

Lovely shorts for swimming for my son, love the inner cycling style short as they don't move whilst swimming.

Fit and good quality, colour will wear off when using swimming pools, comfortable.

Well made, great fit

I wouldn't say these are great for swimming more like a day out in hot weather. The minute you go in the swimming pool these seem to expand like a balloon which is annoying as it acts like a float.

Perfect shorts for holiday and walking the dogs on the beach. Love the longer length and the compression shorts inside are very comfortable. Much better than the mesh netting.Arrived on time.Would highly recommend.
