A few things, yes the product works to a degree. During my usage, I have found that those with highly musclar legs may not really need the item; those with pre-existing blood circulation problem may need to reconsider. Other than that, assembly directions within package would be better. Other than than, product does make you feel the workout better, but this is more musclar sculpting. Gives muscle a boundary to develop to and not go further pushing booty out and making it rounder in appearance over time. About 3 months for certain results. Best used with cardio and light weight exercises. Heavy leg days are possible usage but for me, the muscle pump i get made the bands slip off.

Like the bands but left scars in my thighs

Bad shrimp/fish smelll and lil difficult to figure out how to put them on but once I did they fit and I’m excited to workout in them tonight and see how they feel and work for a few hours of no blood flow UPDATE LOVE THE WAY THEY MAKE ME LOOK AND THEY WORK GOOD

The buckles don't stay closed they open while working out and loosen up. I returned them. Do not buy.
