Effective ANC
ANC is really good for in ear earphones. Used these on a recent flight and the background noise was really reduced, i didn't have to crank the volume up to hear the audio. Only giving these 4 stars because i found the actual earbuds uncomfortable, they made my ears ache. Didn't use the inline volume control, hence not giving this any stars.

what noise cancelling?
I own a few headphones including the Sony wh-1000xm3 which is awesome but I wanted a set of earphones for a different occasion. I wanted noise cancelling if possible and had to be wired, stumbled across this and since the reviews were good, I thought I'd give it a try.For starters, the noise cancelling feature is non-existent ... and that was already a deal breaker. The sound quality is really poor, on par with a set of earphones I bought for a tenner. The big circular thingy is a bit annoying, making it clip attachable would have been a better design. The earbuds come in different sizes so you shouldn't struggle to find a snug fit. I returned it cos it wasn't worth the approx £35 price tag.I recently got myself a pair of Soundmagic E11C but the build quality was simply rubbish and never really got why it receives good reviews, so that got returned immediately. Then I stumbled across a pair of Sony MDR-EX650 and although no earbuds come close to a decent pair of headphones, this one is the best I've ever used. I got it from a different retailer for £35 and this one is for keeps. I listen to rock mainly but also classical and the sound quality is a decent all rounder.

Great value
Considering in-ear headphones are pretty bad for noise cancelling I’m surprised how great these are. In London on the tube they’ve minimised that horrible noise on the Victoria line. Good sound too. Considering the price these are excellent value for money. Great little gadget. Only downside is that you still need the lightning jack adapter for iPhone. My previous Linner headset didn’t do much on noise cancelling but had a lightning jack

Good quality for a good price
I’ve had a couple of pairs of Linner noise cancelling headphones over the last couple of years and for the price the sound quality is excellent. The noise cancelling feature is also very good, with good battery life. They can be charged for a couple of hours and will last you the rest of the day. There is also a monitor feature which, at the push of a button will cut the noise cancelling and volume so you can have a conversation without removing them.

Better quality products out there for the same price
So disappointed. The noise cancellation made no difference, the volume never got that loud and they broke in less than a year. I’d avoid if I were you

Linner products and service is truly excellent
I keep trying other headphones but keep coming back to Linner for sound quality and comfort whilst walking, running and travelling. The microphone sound quality is also absolutely excellent, and the support of their Customer Service (Lucy) is outstanding. A superb company with superb products.
