That word
Skinny. It’s so tempting. And I fell prey to its cheap siren call. But all of these sauces are revolting. Revolting. There are some brilliant alternatives. But they are a lot more expensive. So save up and search on. They won’t be labelled skinny. Expensive sauces say keto. And the best ones are low in salt too. Now that is a gem. No sugar and no salt. Low calorie. But flavour!!!! The holy grail. Would tell you which to buy, but then you might buy them and they would be sold out. And I’ve already told you too much.

Perfect for low-cal diet
LOVE this. Tastes amazing. Sadly one bottle was damaged in transport, but quickly refunded by Amazon. Will order again. Perfect for adding flavour to stuff when you don't want the extra calories. Bit watery, but strong enough to only need to use a tiny amount.

VERY tasty and VERY good for dieters/ healthy eaters
Only 4 out of 5 stars because I think the price is a bit much and would stop people trying it. It would probably sell more if it were a lower price. However, going on taste and quality and wanting it for a diet instead of using oils and full fat sauces...I would give it 5 stars...I LOVE it!!! I use it to marinade Chicken breast fillets before cooking in the oven, also marinading chopped bell peppers, asparagus and red onions before roasting. Kinda like a stir fry without the mess and hassle. The sauce is tasty, not too strong or too sweet and perfect for anyone on a diet or just healthy eating. I compared nutritional values to all other sauces that I like and this beats them all the way. Will be ordering this for a long time to come and going to try other flavours too .

Some of the BBQ flavour, less of the consistency
Quite a nice flavour, not quite as rich as regular barbecue source but that's to be expected given the lack of sugar and carbs. Has a much less thicker consistency, almost sauce like. I bought this to see if it would work as part of a barbecue marinade for ribs. To be honest it didnt work so well for this. Too thin and not rich enough in flavour. But as a dip it's okay.

Horrible
I have used the Skinny Salted caramel syrup for a good few years. This latest batch is horrible, it has a weird taste and is incredibly sweet, I use it on my porridge just a drizzle but it’s too much, a really strange after taste. I opened both bottles to see if they were both the same and they are. Sadly these will be going in the bin and I will need to source a much nicer tasting syrup for my porridge going forward. It’s disappointing as I have enjoyed using this syrup and I have wasted what I paid for it as it’s not going to get used.
