Solid, well-made casings. Cant complain. Best to rinse good before use. Only had 1 blowout, and it was on the casing I didn’t rinse lol. So connected to sink and let water run through. Besides that, these are very professional casings that hold sausage together well. Great for beginners or vets. As always, take your time and don’t rush the process.

These casings were the best, so easy to stuff. Will buy again.

Great casings, no blow outs

It had a slightly funky smell but after I washed it it seemed okay. Quality was firm. I baked it in the end to add crispness to the casing. My only gripe was some of the casings were opaque and not visually appealing, maybe it was the end of the intestine idk.

I have been making Swedish Potato sausage (Korve), for the last 50 years. I used to stuff the sausage with a bulls horn. but now I use my kitchen Ade mixture with the meat grinder and sausage stuffer, makes for a much quicker process. I used to get my casings from a meat market in Mpls. or from a Swedish store in Mpls.. and they were good, but I have to say these casings are the best I have ever used. They don't smell, and they stretch great, they make a great size sausage, and they fry up nice and crisp. They're just plain wonderful, I'll definitely be buying these again.

These casings are awful. Barely edible after being cooked. So chewy. But I was in a bind and the meat was time sensitive. Not very long. Hard to place on machine.

Easy to use

They were as advertised and good. 20lbs of Polish sausage turned out just as desired with only one “pop”.
