Directions are very confusing. There is no screw to put the flap on the chimney. Doesn't even mention it in the Directions. It does not work no matter if you use pellets or wood chips. It's the cheapest piece of crap I ever bought i want my money back so I can buy one that works.

Its really good for when your trying to make pizza, it doesn’t take up a lot of space and its portable so its efficient if your doing a stakeout

Wrong instructions. It was for a different pizza maker . Not happy .would like the right ones sent to me

I can’t use it as the door won’t stay on or shut. There’s no door clip or latch. It just falls down. I contacted customer service and they just resent me the manual. I followed up again and they just haven’t answered.

It cooks good after a few times figuring it out. Instructions useless.

Ok, I think we finally got the hang of this thing and I've gotta say, this is fun! I never knew making pizzas could be so quick!I've been able to get a pizza done now in two minutes. Yes, I'm spending 20-30 minutes preheating it, but it's fine.The only downfall of this one is there's no knob to turn the pizza as some different brands do. I have to use a spatula to do it, but this still works great and is a lot of fun.Has been very sturdy and actually just have it sitting on my patio now, but we've taken it camping with no issues. The bag that comes with it could be better carrying-wise, but seems like a strong enough bag.Assembly was OK, had a few issues, but finally got it.I would probably buy this again, as my main complaint goes back to the lack of an interior turner.

Arrived damaged and am 90% sure it's used hopefully it preforms well till then I'm very disappointed. (Update) DOESN'T WORK AT ALL! Almost started a fire and started warping the metal please just don't buy this
