Let me start by saying that I don't post a lot of reviews. I'm a regular person. I didn't get this product for free. I found it completely by accident. I suffer from a racing mind and do get heart palpitations from my anxiety. I refuse to be a victim of big pharma - so I just deal with it the best I can. I have to say I was very skeptical of a homeopathic spray for anxiety, but intrigued at the same time. So I ordered this. I got the spray yesterday. I used it several times throughout the day. It frickin' worked!! I was nice and calm within a few minutes. If I felt anxiety try to creep back in - I sprayed and it stopped. When I got into bed and my thoughts started to swirl - I took a squirt and was asleep in ten minutes. I got a full night's sleep and woke up refreshed. That NEVER happens. Today - my anxiety hasn't shown up once. I haven't had any episodes and I didn't use any spray. I don't know if it's the herbs or it's psychological - but this stuff worked. Try it. You might be as pleasantly surprised as I was.

I ran out of my first bottle that I got from my doctor’s office, and was so glad to see it available on Amazon! Love using this product before heading out to busy events, before bed after a chaotic day, or when things start to feel too overwhelming. I don’t feel an urge to depend on it like some prescription medications I’ve tried in the past. It helps to physically calm myself and make it easier to focus on mental/emotional practices to maintain wellness and manage stress.

This works fast and really helps take the edge off!

This is not effective if you want fast results. However, it does relax you before sleeping for example.

I am under a lot of anxiety with selling my home and doing a long distance move etc. This Liddell Anx spray works! Helped me feel a lot calmer and I got a better sleep too! Think this will be in a regular item in my purse from now on! :-) It didn't make me feel like I've been "drugged" but it makes me feel much calmer and my mind isn't racing so much!

A lot of things to be anxious about lately in my family. When things get overwhelming, a couple sprays under the tongue really does help calm the spirit.

I've been trying to find a replacement for Anxietin, which amazon used to carry, but I haven't been able to find for quite a while. I was hoping this might be a replacement. I took two sprays today for the first time, and within seconds I was throwing it, and everything else, up. I've taken other similar things with no issues, but theres no question this is what caused it. Being returned. Very disappointed.
