Beautiful, new, distant, murmuring electric locomotive.
I disliked that the delivery people had to be cajoled into pulling the old unit across the threshold and into my front garden, and lift the new unit over that threshold, even though it was obvious that I am disabled.I was able to unwrap, prepare, assemble & fit the new unit, with help from my 78yo Mum.It’s slightly annoying that newer units don’t have a hot water inlet - especially when you have plumbed one in & your water is heated free, by the sun.The device itself, is excellent & easy to use. The noise it makes is very quiet; just like a distant diesel-electric locomotive, all muted & almost cute!

Excellent machine but read small print on parts n labour regeistration
Free parts and labour big con as you have too pay £129 for engineer..so it cost £4.29 month direct debit to erase it..so it becomes free..washer had to be took apart to place plastic securely underneath unit with screws n tape supplied so why didn't manifacher do it before going to a o l factory..otherwise it's a good machine hope it lasts longer that the Hotpoint..Samsung lasted 10 years till drum give out..now days it's the key pad..

Quiet, large capacity and good fast spin
Only started using the machine today so can't really comment on ease of use yet. Seems quiet and the 1600 spin certainly does its job. I think the bright silver door makes the machine look a little cheap and also I feel that the detergent drawer feels quite flimsy. However, for a machine at the price I paid overall very happy.

Machine washes very well but very noisy reason I wash during the night.

Great replacement for the older version and just as easy to use
Really like Hoover washing machines had the older model or 8 years with no trouble. I didnt buy from Amazon in the end as the delivery got messed up so went to AO.com instead but the product itself I cannot fault.

Don't buy from here
Only lasted 14 months !!!! Do not buy trying to get any form of money / compensation / replacement is a battle AO and Hoover is a discrace a £269 washing machine should last longer than that I would expect at least 3 years before having to fix.

I had to pay for delivery.
This is a wonderful machine. Very speedy delivery, although it said free I had to pay an extra £14.99. A massive drum is a great bonus.
