I most say that the chair is ok, I read other reviews, and made my choice, to the person who said that, they were missing a screw in cap for one of the legs, I thought maybe that was an accident, well lightning struck twice, it happened to me, the company does not answer E-mails, and Amazon should check out the venders better for customer service...

I hope these will be pretty, but I can’t put them together because they came with absolutely no hardware!Revision - Embarrassed to say this, but we found the hardware and put these lovely chairs together. We like them, but the back knobs stick out enough that we keep catching our arms when we walk by. Cast iron bruises!

These bar stools were easy to assemble and I am not one that enjoys assembling things. It took me about 30 minutes. They are very sturdy and have had no problems with them. Good buy.

Overall extremely pleased with these bar stools. But some slight scuffing on metal frame of one of them. Same stool came with one cracked and one broken ceramic tile on the seat back area. Luckily none of the blemishes are very noticeable.

Second pair of barstools delivered first one missing parts and hardware, second one better but still missing hardware had to go to Lowe’s and buy it. After a trip to retuned the first order and a trip to Lowe’s finally put together. Nice and sturdy.

These chairs are very nice I ordered 2 sets of 2 and they look great. However one of the sets arrived without the screws and bolts so I cant put it together. I contacted the customer service team at poundex and they replied almost instatnly to fix the problem. Overall great product and a good customer service team.

These look great but one of the feet does not have the bottom insert and we can’t figure out how to get new ones.

The first set of these I purchased for our bar had to endure the baby/toddler/kid days of my very messy daughter. Now that she's a bit older, I finally replaced them with fresh, new ones. Hopefully, our days of getting slime and paint everywhere are gone.
