i’ve been using campho phenique since i was a kid for literally every cut, bug bite, or random skin irritation, and it’s still unbeatable. smells like straight-up medicine (in a comforting “my grandma kept this in the bathroom cabinet” way) but it instantly soothes and speeds up healing. no burning, no sticky mess, and a little goes a long way. if you can get past the scent, this stuff will be your ride-or-die.

My mom used this product all the time when we were kids, I recently went outside and whatever animal/bug/leaf touched me (I have no clue what happened), caused a breakout and this helped calm the itching. The smell is not the same as I remember, but the product worked as I remembered. I will keep this on hand and so glad I was able to purchase on Amazon. I went to a drugstore near me and they did not have it at all.

A con is that the opening is very large and often I don't know the best way to apply it.

Great for itching, rashes, and stops lactating milk from developing ( if that's what you need). Has a variety of uses. Camphor has several uses. Do a bit of research. This is pretty pure. Expensive for the amount, but a "must have" for a first aid kit.

No home should be without this product. I've used it for over 40 years and it heals and cleans with very little discomfort. If you have a burn use this to take the heat out. Works every time.
