I was looking for an easy lunch to have at my desk at work, ramen being kind of a comfort food made me consider this as an option. Love that I actually get some decent protein out of these. The soup base seems a little more bland than the common brands I’ve tried, but not unpleasant. The noodles themselves have a different texture than typical instant ramen, but again it’s not unpleasant, just a bit tougher stringy-er noodle. Worth it imo for the protein trade off.

Noodles taste good wish they were cheaper

The protein content in these is great and they are certainly edible. I hated the beef flavored ones, which is uncommon for me to dislike. I also don’t really love the texture of the noodles.

Love these noodles. With 32g of protein, i make it in bone broth add chicken and bokchoy end up with over 50g of protein.

Looking for a good protein ramen? This IS NOT the one you want! I was SO EXCITED to find a ramen that better met my nutritional wants and needs. Cook the ramen, taste the noodles. Okay, not perfect, but totally doable. Open the seasoning packet (beef), and it smelled like literal vomit. I’m not exaggerating. I wretched and almost vomited myself and I couldn’t get it to the trash can fast enough. I’m not brave enough to take a bite of vomit flavored ramen. Are you?

I’ve seen some reviews complain about the taste, but this product isn’t meant to be traditional ramen it’s designed as a high-protein substitute for those of us focused on our dietary goals. And for that, it’s excellent. I’d rate it a solid 9/10. The noodles do have a slightly different texture, but they’re still an amazing replacement, and I’ll definitely be buying again. The base ramen itself has 32g of protein. If you use chicken or ramen broth instead of water (+2g protein) and add a seasoned egg (+6g protein), the whole meal comes to 40g of protein at just 330 calories. Top with a little green onion, and it’s absolutely delicious. Thank you to the hethstia for making such a great alternative

Yes the noodles have a different texture than cheap instant ramen. That said, if someone served this to me and I didn't know any different, I'd just assume it's one of the thousands of instant ramens in the world that I haven't tried yet. Smells like curry, tastes like curry, has 1/8th heat of real curry, but it's good and filling. No notes.
