You get this thing in a box, you have to let it decompress for a bit, but once it puffed up I jumped on it and immediately got excited to go to bed that night. What I did to make it puff up ASAP (I didn't want to keep sleeping on the couch): -got it opened as soon as it arrived (let's say around 3PM) -moved to bedroom/put into place (MAKE SURE YOU OPEN IT WHEN YOU GET IT WHERE YOU WANT IT, IT STARTS TO BLOW UP QUICK) -left it uncovered (no mattress protector yet) and pointed some oscillating fans at it to help force some more air into the foam (this actually works and was blown up quicker on the sides with more fan air) -did NOT sleep on it that night, left it overnight and went to work next day -was able to sleep on it the NEXT night after leaving fans pointed at it for let's say around 30 hours (3PM day 1 to 9PM day 2), was then able to put on mattress protector and sheets and was good to go -can also leave it longer than that for better results, and also can measure with a ruler or something to see if its inflated to 10 inches (or whatever size you got) I waited a while to do this review since I wanted to test it and it hasn't gotten any sunken spots, hasn't gotten more compressed or anything. You do have to remember it is a foam mattress so sleeping certain ways may not be ideal for some people on this mattress. I am a side sleeper and its mostly been ideal for me but I could tell if you slept on your stomach you might be a little uncomfortable. However I find that its just sort of comfortable no matter what and makes sleeping on other mattresses feel like crud. I was also afraid that the foam would be too hot (waking up sweaty sucks) but it actually keeps pretty cool. I would like to try some of Zinus' other furniture now since it all comes in such nice boxes with very eloquent packaging.

Its a great piece of matress, I paired it with the gas lift bed from zinus and it fits the bed perfectly. Pros - Decompressses in about a day Has a good firm feel to it with being too hard. It actually balances it really well, you don;t feel like you are sinking in, but its soft, it is firm, but not uncomfartable. Does not smell at all. Cons - Don't have any atm. Used it in my parents room and they are comfartable so thumbs up to the matresses, recommend getting either the 25 or 30 cm one.

Excelente producto, lo pedí para mí niña y le encantó. En cuanto al confort es suave, se siente de buena calidad y SI toma un poco la forma de quién se acuesta en él (cuando te levantas regresa a la normalidad). Cuando llegó la caja estaba un poco maltratada pero nada grave, despues de sacarlo de la caja y la bolsa donde venía enrollado comenzó a tomar su tamaño (es importante sacarlo justo después de recibirlo (en sus papeles indica que no debe de pasar más de 72hrs en la caja); le tomó 4 días en terminar de llegar a su tamaño completo (lo deje descansar sobre la mesa del comedor)

Antes de comprar el producto leí varías reseñas y estaba algo preocupado por aquellas que decían que el colchon perdía su forma después de meses de uso, por lo que al recibir el mío seguí las instrucciones dejando el colchon dos días reposar tras abrirlo y para mí sorpresa el producto no es blando para nada es muy cómodo y tras la noche regresa a su forma original. Lo compré porque tenía molestias en la espalda que se me estaban extendido a un brazo, tras usarlo por una semana empeze a ver cómo los dolores desaparecían, para la segunda semana ya habían desaparecido por completo sin que lo notará, por lo que sí alguien padece algo similar lo recomiendo enteramente.
