Lets me eat the foods I love
These really help my IBS and make it so I can eat eggs again. At 17 cents per pill, they add only a small amount to the cost of each meal. The only thing they could improve would be the taste and smell of the pill, which is akin to old gym socks (likely from the ox bile). Putting the active ingredients in a sealed gelcap could help with this. However, if doing that would make it more expensive, I would prefer it as it is. They are not the easiest thing to swallow, but not super difficult, either. I find Now Foods to be a trustworthy brand that delivers what it says on the bottle at a fair price. I keep a bottle of these around at all times and even have a little keychain bottle that holds a couple of them for when I’m out and about.

They work.
These were recommended to me by a GI doc to deal with difficulty digesting red meat. They definitely help, though it helps to take with a PPI. They do have a pretty bad taste so it helps to take with some kind of food that covers it up.

Seems okay but hard to tell if it's working
I’ve been using it for a few days and I’m not totally sure if it’s making a difference yet. Might need more time. The ingredients look solid. No side effects so far but not seeing a big change in digestion either.

Weird, but I think this is the fix I've been looking for.
At 55 years old, I have had stomach issues on and off for at least 30 years. Now in menopause, it seems that my digestive issues have ramped way up. Bloating, gas, intermittent nausea, I had it all. I thought I probably needed probiotics &/or prebiotics, but those did very little to help my stomach problems. After doing a little bit of research online, I came across these Now Super Enzymes. They were cheap enough, so I bought them. I have to say that they work very, very well. After about a week, the gas and bloating are all but gone, along with the stomach pain I've sadly grown used to. I'm starting to feel like I have more energy at the gym, and a huge plus is that I think I have lost a few extra pounds on these enzymes as well! The only downside on this product are the ingredients. Please note that, when it says ox bile, read it as actual bovine bile. For some reason, I was thinking that it was a name of some odd natural herb I had never heard of. But, after looking up info on the ingredients, I found that yes, indeed, ox bile really is ox bile. If that sounds a little weird to you, you might want to reconsider. Also, I'm unsure if the gelatin listed is a vegetable or animal derived gelatin. Chances are it's animal based. I plan to finish of this bottle of pills and see where it takes me, but I've also purchased the pure plant version of these enzymes from Now. I plan to start those afterwards. But, so far, I'm loving these things. I can't believe something this inexpensive could be the thing I've been looking for to help my digestion my whole life!

If I were trapped on a remote island, I would want this.
These things have changed my life. Seriously, I used to have an insane amount of digestive problems like major bloating, gas, indigestion, elimination inconsistencies… it felt like I would drink water and gain 10lbs. I started using this about two years ago and I’ve reordered it so many times. This is a staple for me now. I take this with my hardest to digest meal, such as if I’m going to eat beans, broccoli, or cabbage. Or I’ll take this with a meal that has a heavy fat content so I’m not burping it up all day. I don’t necessarily take this every day, but I do average 4-5 times a week. I have it packed in my purse and will take one before I eat a meal out. My stomach breaks down foods with ease now. It’s insane how much different I feel! The pill size is manageable. It has an initial bitter taste, but that’s why it works. If I were stranded on an island and I could only have 3 items with me - these digestive enzymes would be one of my choices.

Capsules are now pills? Stomach issues!
I’ve been using the plant enzymes and super enzymes. They both used to come in a capsule. My recent delivery of super enzymes was a pill instead of capsule and I’ve been having more issues. The capsules worked fine but I’m not sure what else changed with it becoming a pill. Please help, I had a good thing going but I hope it’s not over.
