Clays came all broken- returned the damaged product over 2 months ago and still waiting on refund

arrived with majority of the clays broken. Returned for full refund

Most if not all of the clays were broken on arrival i got a prompt refund

Price is high.

I am updating a previous review that I wrote in which I stated that only half of my order arrived. In fact, several days later, a second box arrived, so I did receive the entire shipment. Unfortunately, between the two boxes I received, 80% of the clays arrived almost pulverized. I did contact the seller, who agreed to accept them as a return, but as I had to pay for the shipping costs, I determined that it was not cost-effective to return the broken items. I am writing this purchase off as a poor judgment and learning experience on my part. I should have read the product reviews more carefully before buying such a difficult item to ship without damage.
