Product came in appropriate packaging and directions are easy to follow. I just started using this so no results yet but will post a progress rework with consistent use. The serum itself is very light and doesn’t leave hair or scalp greasy which is such a plus since it needs to go on clean and dry hair! I have a sensitive scalp normally and have not had any issues or irritation which is an even bigger plus. Also it is odorless for those sensitive to smells.

I have been using this product for about 2 weeks. My edges were thinning due to wearing braids. Recently i noticed that they were almost nonexistent.
