I don't want to be a "night owl" anymore! I ordered these glasses to wear daily from sundown till bedtime, to help me reset my sleep cycles and align with my circadian rhythms. Look good light weight not for inside for me as a bit dark tint but very good sunglases with good quality light material value for money

I know this product is meant to block harmful UV rays but it distorts colour especially the greens ones. For example, if you stare at grass wearing these glasses the colour is very different. Not sure how well it blocks but the retro style is a keeper.
