I don't usually like gut-sucker-inners as I call them because the pressure on my stomach makes me stick out my belly further to push against the pressure. It's weird but I do it automatically with most products, but not with this! It is tight enough to secure the body, but soft enough where it doesn't feel like it's trying to suffocate me. I am 5'4 and range from 130 on a good day to 136ish and I bought the B size. I bought this more for my belly than my butt and legs, but it makes them look great too. I had a 50lb pregnancy two years ago so there is still some extra not-so-fun skin on my belly.The pee hole is a joke and I won't even attempt to use it, but other than that I think the product is great! If you have thick thighs the material can dig into you slightly at the seam, but I just hiked mine up slightly to a spot on my leg that wouldn't indent my fat and I evened out the material. I haven't worn it under any dresses yet so I don't know if it rolls down over time but it fit like a glove when I first tried it on. I bought it to go under dresses for my 30th birthday in VEGAS!! woo hoo!! I will just have to pull it down a lot to go pee... every... single... time...On another note, I also bought the Dr. Rey Shapewear Womens Firm Control High Waist Brief in small to compare. The small was too small, and the bra-hooks between the legs would be difficult to hook back together, but it's better than the Spanx pee-hole. It also left lines in the butt like granny-panties, just like the other reviewers said it would. Maybe a larger size would have been better but I am returning that product and keeping the spanx! I'll take a hot a$$ over a big pee hole any day.

I am a small dress and pant size, but haven't worked out in quite a while, things have gotten loose, jiggly, and bumpy. All my clothes are fitted or body conscious shaped, and everything was showing! Instead of buying looser clothes, which would have made me look even shorter; I decided to give this shaper a try. It works great! My butt looks smoother in my pants and dresses. There is no visible line at the bottom of the thigh. My stomach also looks smooth. With this one garment; I can wear my entire wardrobe with no problem.In regard to other reviews, they talk about the problem of going to the bathroom, and the crotch hole being too small. The "hole" in the crotch area is not an actual hole, it's an envelope type of feature, you can hold as open as you need. I didn't find it to be a problem at all. The envelope feature closes back up for full coverage, once you're done. Also, as reviewers have mentioned, these are not meant to squeeze you into looking a smaller size than you are. They don't do that; they just keep looser areas looking tight and tone, everything in its proper place ;) Buy 1 size larger than you are, and they will be tight enough and do the trick, otherwise they will feel waaay too tight and spoil your good time!.

This is a badly designed item. Needs straps or something to keep it in place. Fits well but rolls up under bra. Very annoying. They now offer one with straps but obviously you cannot purchase the straps separately for this item. Wish I had my money back

I bought this product to wear under my dress for my engagement photos. I've never worn Spanx before. It's a struggle to get into them, let me tell you, and once I'm in them they're just really not comfortable at all. I weigh 132 lbs and I'm 5'2" which puts me solidly into a B size, so it's not that I didn't order the correct size. I stood there before the mirror and asked myself, "Do I want to feel like this to look like this?" The answer was no.Ladies, save yourself the money and time and struggle and discomfort. Your body is yours, and your body is a good body.

The product is good, I like it the fit is great and its confortable to use. I really don't like that the top part rolls up so have to be careful if you don't want this to show on your clothes, and also if you have put it several times (if you're using it with a party dress) it's not nice if you have to go and check it.

With this glorious garment I wanted something to keep me totally compressed that I can sleep in that will help atrophy and eliminate any and all last lingering vestige of a male past that I would just as soon forget I ever had and this item truly fits the bill! I can comfortably wear it with a tightly-laced underbust corset while I sleep and the combination of the two are exactly what I was hoping for! Works like a charm and my body is feminizing beyond my wildest dreams! I have adorable budding 'girls', widening hips, waspie hourglass waist and am clearly losing all ability to pass as a male even in boy clothes anymore! Add in that I was blessed at birth with facial features way more pretty and feminine than handsome and masculine and I have effectively reached my goal of a permanent state of less-than-zero-masculinity! My new life as an all-girl girl is absolutely exquisite that I am now in a constant state of ultra-feminine girlish blissful nirvana! Wow, just wow, where has this life been all my life! Every day I take steps to ensure that I will never take my femininity for granted and if any of my dear sisters are interested, I strive to make global womanhood proud to have me as part of it and my entire life from here on out is all about being the most real of female I can possibly be! I thank you all for your kindness and acceptance and being warmly received as 'just' one of the girls means the absolute world to me! YES, I sometimes cry in happiness and that is yet another way I confirm that I am woman! Men don't cry in happiness! I DO! So do the math, right? I know the review likely seems more about me than the product but I am indeed a new girl, learning my way, and just watch what this estrogen powered princess does now that I am fairly finally free of the toxic (on MY physiology!) testosterone. No bull, it was truly making me sick!

Never really used this type of thing before. They look small and are quite and effort to get on but amazed at how comfortable they are. I have the high waisted pants and the only drawback is when you go to the toilet trying to pull them back up. Even with the drawback I would still buy them as they do make a difference

Dreadful. I put my fingers through the material the first time I tried them (I have very short nails). They were not tight around the stomach, only the legs. They kept rolling down around my waist. I spent more because of the brand name. I wish I hadn’t.

I loved these despite that when you pull them up in the ladies toilet it sounds like you’re trying to wear a balloon. Strange material. This morning however I put them in like I always do and while adjusting them my finger goes right through the “fabric” I now have a hole in the front of my Spanx, helpful if a man were wearing these but not so for a lady! For £35 it should last more than a glorious month! My old pair I wore religiously for years before they finally took in a tattered look.

Love love love this product. Arrived very very quickly. hard to get on but once i was finally in them they were great.They really do work. I am size 10/12 and just really defined my figure. I felt so much more confident wearing these under my dress.Brilliant! will never be without a pair of these now

Easier to get into than I thought, useful for holding me in under a light dress and the high 'waistband' stops it rolling down as some shorter ones do. Worth the money to look good for special occasions.
