Very comfortable. I have wide flat feet, and standing most of the day. These are like pillows for my feet.

Was on the fence considering the price but I am very pleased with this insole. Miles above the pharmacy ones. Takes your shape very quickly and has a nice medium supportive feel not too firm just enough flex to be supportive but not too much that it’s noticeable

These inserts have transformed the comfort level of many of my sneakers. Anyone who wears Jordan 1s or Dunks probably knows they’re not the most comfortable sneakers out there. These insoles adds cushioning without taking up too much space. The front half of the insole is maybe a mm thicker than the stock insole so your toes won’t be crushed. The arch support took a little bit to get used to, I found it very similar to the J3 arch. The biggest change is the heel portion and where it really shines for me. It’s a lot thicker than a regular insole and the material does a lot to cushion heel strikes and provides a little bit of bounce towards your next step. They’re a little pricey but a worthwhile investment if you wear your sneakers for long periods.
