We use this pump to handle the sewage system for a tiny home, and we are very satisfied overall. The pump has more power (thus head lift) than other name-brand pumps and is easily one-fifth the price. Installation was simple, and our pump even worked through the winter (with some winterizing). One thing to note is that the 900-watt pump is not designed to handle hard items (which is CLEARLY stated). However, my tiny home had acorns lodged somewhere in the drains, which dislodged in pieces slowly over time, causing a jam several times. Opening the pump to clear clogs is straightforward, though fun (which has nothing to do with this pump in particular). The thing that I’m most impressed with is the customer service. After one clog, the pump stopped working, and support was very responsive. They even replaced it under warranty, even though debris was not a “normal operation” issue. They had a new pump out to me quickly, and I ended up ordering a second pump as a backup since they are so affordable. This pump can save you a lot of money compared to having a professional plumber source a high-end pump along with a fully installed system; however, you should be aware that building a home-made septic pump system is fraught with risks. I faced my share of problems with connections, check valves, etc., but none of it was the pump's fault.

I purchased this item back in May of this year. I just installed it today. As of today, it is a 5 star rating, the pump cycles on fast enough to drain my 10 in deep utility sink, as the washer discharges at 15-20 gallons per minute (on deep wash cycle). Day one and I am impressed, will update accordingly. I did purchase the warranty just in case. Update. On 11/2/25 the pump did not cycle on to drain the utility sink. It has happened twice today. I thought maybe it was a fluke. It might be an issue with the pump. I will update when I figure out what it could be. Pump has a mind of its own. Turns on and off at its leisure. The manual trigger for discharge doesn’t work. I initially ordered another unit as I have modified the PVC piping to accommodate this pump from the utility sink, but decided to cancel it as Asurion protection plan gave me a hard time. The seller did offer to send a replacement free of charge. I will update this review when there is a resolution.

This 900W Macerator Pump works extremely well. It’s powerful, easy to install, and handles waste quickly and efficiently. The motor runs smoothly, and the build quality feels solid and durable. Great product for improving any bathroom setup — highly recommended!

Works as intended, although the rubber connections are not that user friendly to install and to retrofit your piping to.

Replaced a pump under the basement bar sink that often get some food scraps, coffee grounds, etc. into it and down the drain. No serious plumbing experience. I'd say installation is "easy" since I did it in less than an hour once I had the right diameter hoses (or PVC if you're doing it permanent). I didn't find the the instructions particularly helpful, but what could they ever say about my particular situation? You can examine what's included and figure out what needs to be done. What I needed for connections was included. The pump works and is *quiet* in my opinion. But maybe the old pump was just unusually loud? It easily keeps up with whatever the bar sink can send it. Expels water into existing PVC piping with a lift of maybe 12 feet with a 25 foot horizontal run to wherever it goes under the bathroom. It does this so fast I think it could handle a much greater load. Runs often but for short periods -- less than one second each time -- given the amount of water coming out of a wide open bar sink tap. It's "reservoir" is small, so that makes sense. I think it's quiet. It's been working for three weeks now with daily use, and I'm pleased with it.
