Great little picnic basket!
This is a very fine picnic basket for what it's intended for. This is not a take-your-whole-family-to-a-luau basket. This is large enough for a family of maybe 3 or 4 to enjoy a simple meal together while lounging at the park. The plastic and fabric materials are durable, seems well insulated and waterproof, and is an excellent value for the money. Just be aware that this is carried so you may not want to take this somewhere where you're hiking to your picnic site.
