To be honest this is the first time I had taken this product, and I didn't really know if it was doing what it claimed. I have found a different version of this product at a big box store with a greater quantity and more reasonable price.

Arrived all stuck together. I "destroyed" 5 just trying to pull them apart. Have never had soft gels do this before. They were not left sitting out at my end - must have been left sitting out somewhere along the route.

Big bottle little pills stuck together. All thirty pills in this bottle could fit on a quarter. Waste of bottle. The bottle could be a quarter of the size. The price appears to be great but it's not. Each pill is only 50mgs, so not worth it. Look for a higher strength product and a better price.

Who knows what's in the products. There's no information on where and how they are made. If someone feels better after taking this product, how in the world can you definitively say it's the product or any other factor? Then there's the power of placebo. I'm sticking to independently tested supplements from now on. Too bad, the price is good, if, and this is a big if, the product contains what it's supposed to contain without any other harmful ingredients. Just Google supplement issues and you'll see that many don't contain what they are supposed to and some have contaminants.
