Considering how much this light costs, I expected it to last much longer. Unfortunately, after only two years, it stopped working properly. Neatfi advertises a “3-year warranty” and claims to care about “customer satisfaction,” but the reality is frustrating. While they admitted the light needed replacing, they require you to cover an expensive shipping fee—making the warranty almost useless. For the high price, I expected better durability and support. Given how quickly it failed and the hassle of the warranty, I wouldn’t recommend this product.
