As described. My husband and I wanted a mat that would work for both of our pain tolerance and not need to get the next depth too soon. So we opted for the mid level. I have a higher pain tolerance, but he has used multiple times and enjoys the relaxation after the initial few minutes of discomfort. I have used a few times and my shoulder to butt fit on the mat and use the neck pillow. The first few minutes are a challenge but with a meditation or nice music I can breathe through it. I’ve only used on the floor, but am going to use on top of blankets to try and off load the increased pressure dispersement on butt and upper back due to my lumbar arch. My husband has used k. Top of a mattress and like it. The size works well for both of us. He is 6’7 and I 5’6”. He uses for the back only. Quality and appearance is classy.

I was very skeptical and also very desperate. I had been suffering from Muscle Spasticity (Thats technical term for tightness and rigidity, not spasm for over 6 months and recently my Sciatic nerve also flared up. I have tried 3 different medications, percussion massage, creams and rubs, supplements, yoga stretching and an inversion table. most only helped a little temporarily, with the exception of the inversion table; which did a ton for my Sciatica by the way, but not so much for the spasticity. My success with the inversion table encouraged me to continue to seek non traditional treatments. So I bought the ShaktiMat Classic and pillow in green. So I went full bore without the shirt right away, first 2 1/2 minutes were very uncomfortable like they said but pushing through at about 3 minutes the pain went away to a mild something's going on but not sure what uncomfortableness, I started at 5 minutes and have already worked up to 20, I would say after the first couple sessions to me there is no difference between minute 5 and minute 20. Success! after just the first 2 sessions my muscles which have been hard as a rock for like 6 months loosened up tremendously, Im actually still in disbelief it worked so well and fast. It had been so long I forgot what it was like to actually feel loose and comfortable. I would add the first couple sessions were more energizing but after that they were more relaxing, in fact fell asleep in my last session and accidentally went over 20 minutes to 23, so you may want to set an audible alarm. They are sharp so keep it away from the kids and dogs. Highly recommend and definitely worth a shot.

I LOVE my Matt! I use it on a regular basis! As I am lying down on it, honestly, it will take your breath away. A couple of deep breaths, and I can feel my whole body relaxing. I have actually fallen asleep on it several times. It’s like a nervous system reset. Can’t say enough good about this!

Great product, well made, amazing values abs mission as a business. Just getting used to it but managed 20 mins with bare skin on day one, slept like a baby 🙂 looking forward to continuing with it. Be warned, it’s sharp! It’s a challenging practice but doable I think…..

Love my Shakti mat. Have had it a while now and now hubby is starting to get into it I may have to upgrade to the next level. Brilliant company. Don't buy the lesser ones buy Shakti !! Would recommend for sure. So relaxed and sleep great.

ジャネリックが思ったり良かったので、こっちのlevel2も買ってみました。 level3と迷いましたが、1でもよかったかもと思うくらい本家は痛みが強く、自分の場合20分経ってもまだ痛みがあり、これで気持ちよくなるのかなという感じでした。 しかし、二日目同じようにおそらく20分近く経った頃に寝落ちしていたみたいで、二時間近くこの上で寝ていました。 ちょっとクセになる気持ち良さで今後も続けられそうです。
