Bought two and the one I am using works well

I ordered 2 of these phones. I received 1 box stating on the outside of the box 1 of 2 boxes. I never received the 2nd box and could not get the seller to refund for the missing items and Amazon would not help. After trying to use the one I did receive, after plugging it in I thought it was going to work because there was a dial tone. However, every time you start to dial a number it goes dead. I know things happen when purchasing items through the mail, but they have not been helpful at all.

Ordered 4, 2 works well while two have issues with volume and one speaker phone first it work.

I needed an additional phone when one of my old Avaya phone stopped working.Hook up was easy and the phone fits right in with the other phones.

The new phone arrived and the # key is on the opposite side where the * is located. the wires are correct is just the keys on the phone that are wrong.
