Panasonic Single Line KX-TS880MX Corded Landline Phone (White-Black)

The product is good and reliable. Highly satisfied. Its bit on a higher range as other phones are available at a lower price but As compared to other phones this phone is a value for money. All the functions are very useful. The sound quality is good and the dial keys are soft and responsive. Will give you a feeling of using a good quality product. Not even facing any issues till now with the phone.

Quality and feature is good. I bought for old parents at home who can easily dial numbers using speed dial and also hear ring/call easily. Ringer volume and call volume is low. I hope company will understand that this is the primary use these days.

No doubt product is good. Audio Quality is superb. Speaker phone too. But 2 important information which I wished I did know before this purchase. 1) It uses 3 nos of AA batteries. Without the battery, memory, redial, display does not function. 2) It uses 2.5mm headphone jack. These days 3.5mm is quite common and I am not sure why this unit still uses 2.5mm. Now I have to buy a new head phone or a converter. Otherwise I have no other complaint.

For single line corded Panasonic, this was the best option at this price. Cons - volume bit low. Usability not good wrt one-touch dial. My earlier panasonic model was better in this aspect.

I had for long trusted panasonic products but the last panasonic landline phone I bought model no KX TS880MX has totally shattered my trust in panasonic products. The quality has totally nosedived. Since day one this phone never worked so much of disturbance and hissing sound each time you pick up the receiver or switch on the speaker phone. I missed to return it in the 10 day return as I was away and the time lapsed. I have repeatedly tried the so called helpline no's 18001031333 no resolution was given another helpline no 18004190373 keep calling this number the line gets connected for tens of minutes and no one answers. In nutshell not expected this type of lemon from panasonic, beware guys before you think this is the same old trustworthy panasonic.

Caller id not working

You can't go wrong with this product. It is the second piece that I have ordered in the last few months for my office. When your usage is for business, it pays to go for a quality product as this. I have stopped buying the cheap phones, as it ultimately leads to a drop in the performance over extended use.

We received in good order and the phone is funtioning well.
