Introduction to Quantitative Genetics

Pricey but clear articulation of concepts
Satisfyingly brilliant and worth the horrendous price for its depth, organization and the superbly clear and well-constructed language used to explain often difficult concepts. Much of the book would have been beyond me, and superfluous, as an undergraduate but even basic ideas are presented here comprehensibly and from first principles.Try to get a second-hand copy to offset the price burden, or go to the library... but don't be put off if you can't.

not basic enough for those not knowing stats
Generally well written but still too difficult for me as a biology undergraduate with little grasp of stats and maths
