In my opinion, yes they are. I had to return mine cuz they were too big, but I got the white and they matched my very white dress.

I wear size 12, will the 2x work?

I would say yes. They are vinyl and plastic. However, I would hand wash them. I don’t feel they could stand up to a washing machine.
