Great customer service! I had issues with the battery and contacted Humsienk customer service. They replied via email quickly and started troubleshooting the battery with me. It was finally determined the the battery had Issues (guessing the BMS) and sent me a return label for the battery and shipped out a new one! Just got that yesterday and it's charging up fine and the app and BMS appear to be working fine. When your producing thousands of items you're going to have occasional issues with one. How that issue is dealt with is shows the paramount... and Humsienk did GREAT!

Nearly 1 month of constant use and no issues. My only complaint is with fedex delivering it to my neighbors and since they weren't home, it took me a few days to figure it out with no help from fedex or the sender.

I had problems with 1 battery it would not take a charge but the customer service was excellent they sent me a return postage for the bad battery and then shipped me a replacement. All 4 battery packs work excellently. The blue tooth through the app works great. A very good value for the price.

So far so good 😊. Haven't put it on a multi day camp but it's run my 12v fridge for 2 days and hardly seen a drop in voltage

As advertised. So far so good. Holds charge. BMS works. Bluetooth works. Integrates with existing solar system. Give me a couple of years to do a in depth review.
