This is a lovely thick mat made from good quality materials. It is very comfortable to use and protects my knees in particular. Other mats I have used in the past have been a lot less comfortable on my knees.Love the colour and quality. Easy to roll and store. Would definitely recommend this product.

I’ve got long term physio and this is the best mat I’ve used to date. Soft, good thickness, nice sealed edging, easy to store and transport. Good value and doesn’t move about too much. As others have said, it sadly does mark easily, so I wouldn’t use it with trainers on or while wearing clothing with zips/buttons that will imprint on it

It is very comfortable and i like that it rolls out flat without sticking edges up. But star off for the smell. It has not so pleasant smell.

Perfect size, comfortable and has a good grip unlike many others.It looks good and even though it's only 1cm thick it's very comfortable.Material has a really good grip, it's kind a non slip foam material.Like many others suggesting, material seems easy to scratch and damage.

I'm very impressed that a workout mat this thick rolls down fully flat first time.The thickness is perfect, its comfortable enough for me to not have to wear trainers as it cushions my feet.It comes with an elastic attachment that keeps the mat rolled up and can also double as a handle to carry it around.The size is perfect, its long enough for laying down exercises, and slim enough to fit in my very small room. It doesnt take up too much room for storage either.I bought the blue one and the colour is just like the photo, a bright royal blue.

100% worth the £26 (as of 2024), there are cheaper ones but this looks and feels like good value for the price. Really thick and cushioning for pilates. I have bony hips and this allows me to do side exercises without my hips digging into the floor, and push ups are much easier on the wrists. Game changer for me. I also suffer from a bad back and use this to have a nice lie-down after work in a god neutral spine position. My gf says it's too squishy for her yoga, I guess yoga is different from Pilates in that way. Feels like it's going to last a long time. The text/graphic on the mat is a good indicator for when I'm doing my stretches. Personally I have no issues with grippiness on my laminate floor - it's actually useful to be able to quickly twist it 90 degrees so I can watch the YouTube pilates lady on the telly properly without craning my neck when she changes direction. I really like the fabric edge detail, it just seems like a sensible feature.
