Good and sturdy
The product is good.Pros:1. The metal used is of decent quality2. Adjusting the slope is easy3. Not really heavyCons:1. The cushion and the leather cover used in the back support looks and feels like of substandard quality2. I feel the back support (cushion and leather) may not remain intact in the long run3. The notches used for adjusting the slope do not provide even transition, I mean, the difference between the two notches is too much.3. Cannot lean on this with wall behind the support as the legs of this back rest may end up spoiling the wall.I expected them provide bushes attached to the legs.

Bad return process/experience
The product build is fine but could not support the patient from sliding to the sides. But the bigger problem is refund. Within 3 days of delivery I applied for refund. It said return process was initiated around 10 April, thereafter no change in status at all. On May 5 I contacted Amazon customer care who asked me to cancel the previous request and make new request for return. As soon as I cancelled my old stalled return request, the platform did not allow me to make new request, saying the date is over. This is something I don't expect from Amazon, being it's regular customer. Now the product is just lying waste with me. Does Amazon not care about customers after sales??

Redesigning so that it doesn't shift on the mattress.
Comfortable to use but shifts on mattress. Have to necessarily keep a kind of a stopper like the head panel of the bed to prevent it from shifting. Placing it below the matter is not a good option as the mattress may break.

You need cushioning below this
It's a solid back rest. It feels like indian railways sleeper coach when you rest on it. When you set it up and use regularly, you will get lower back pain if you don't use a cushion there. The rest is about an inch or two above bed and that gap will cause problems in prolonged usage. Overall, a good product.

Durable and satisfied
Bought it for my father in law as he has problem in sitting without support. It was really very helpful. Needed to out a soft and fluffy cover to make sure it didn't hurt as his body is too fragile coz of sturdiness. Overall helpful.

Can provide a better look and feel but product meets its purpose
It is good and helpful in our case. Only very insignificantly heavy for lift and shift but overall smooth and perfect to provide back support.
