I've grade 2 gynecomastia. This works pretty well for me.. gives good shape instant . My chest size is 40inch. Ordered L size, fits perfectly. At first i tried wearing it as normal innerwear. Thought its not my size. Then i went through manual and slided it from bottom to up just like wearing pants it was easy. Feels great... Comfort to wear. Thanks to dermawear for such a durable quality. Chose the right size, close your eyes. Go for it... You won't regret.

I have been using this for more than 2 years. It helps keeps the body tight and you won't see anything swinging or bulging as you walk or run. It smooths over any bulges so that it not so protruding to look at. It is a little warm to wear, specially in the summers. If you start sweating in this then you won't dry up quickly. It maintains it's elasticity for about 6-8 months of continuous use, washing in machine wash, so after that it's better if you use it as your secondary and order a new one. I use it almost daily and i have gotten used to the fit.

Bought this with a lot of expectations. However the product disappointed me. Here is my review.Fabric - Not smooth. Feels rough on inside. So cannot wear for a long time.Feel - Feels very very hot and sweaty wearing this. Cannot wear outside in summer.Comfort - Not at all comfortable. Towards the chest part gives a feeling of body getting crushed. Not a pleasant feeling.Purpose - Did not solved the main purpose for which it was bought. Hardly 2-3 cms change in the waist measurement after wearing this.Overall - For a 2-3 cms of change in waistline, I cannot make my body suffer for hours using this rough and chest crushing wear. Felt like wasted my money.1/5 star just for Amazon's service.
