This product is very easy to check your BP levels.. you can easily monitor your readings on your mobile device once connected with this product.. this machine is now a days used in many hospitals as it’s trustworthy & gives exact readings. The ease of usablity and brand does make it worth it, but I was very disappointed that they didint include a carrying case with it.It is a fairly expensive machine as compared to other brands, and not including a carrying case is a bit too cheap.

The accuracy of this machine is very bad. For me it shows very low readings. When actual blood pressure is 140/80, it shows 122/70. I took this meter to max hospital to calibrate. They told not to use it.I also see other reviews in amazon that for some people the reading is higher than actual. That means, for some people it may be higher and for others it may be lower than actual.This shows, there is design fault with this device because unlike other instruments, it try to measure the blood pressure during inflation to save time. It seems giving this problem. But whatever reading it shows is always consistent. That is, it is consistently inaccurate. One of my observation is that the accuracy of this instrument depends on your pulse rate. For those who have lower pulse rate (<60), it shows lower reading than actual. For those who have high pulse rate (>80), it shows high. Those who take blood pressure medications, their pulse rate will be low. Hence for those patients it is very risky to use this instrument.I had another old omron blood pressure meter (SEM-1). It showed me the actual reading matching with Hospital instruments, however Diastolic was wrong. I recommend buying Buerer BM 54 with bluetooth. It is very small in size a easily portable and take less space than this one. It is accurate too. My 10,000 Rs simply wasted. Now I am using it as a stand to support my mobile phone during video call !!!.

I liked the strap, monitor, font of the readings and ease of use of this product. One shortcoming of it is there is no chance of using it with plugin AC DC facility. There is no charger. We have to depend upon four pencil cells. I'm regular user so I keep an extra set of four pencil cells in case of need. But I would like to get one with a charger facility and plugin type.The records are stored in chronological order and are easily accessible. There is multiple users record facility. Compatible to Android mobile smart phone. Almost negligible weight and good to carry as it is compact. I always carry it on flights. Overall a good possession. I recommend it to buy.

Extremely reliable. I am a doctor and had preoccupied mind for mercury bp instrument. Also using omron apparatus since long. It was reasonably accurate but was not having precision. But this product is awesome. Difference in multiple readings is of a point or two. Also BP diary for regular monitoring of bp and medicine. Made in Japan . Blindly go for it . You will love it . And yes I always carry it in my bag. A real gadget of emergency situation. For you and for others.
