The CYBERVELO EK7 is a terrific bike. Seems to be very well made (sturdy) I found it well packaged and easy to do the last few steps to put the bike together. I am impressed with the ride I plan to use just the first 2 of the 5 speed levels which means I will be able to go a long ways, and climb some steep hills (where some friends live)The design of the bike is straigh forward, has quality parts and with only three buttons to learn makes it easy for this old man (78) to learn. I am confident that I will enjoy the bike for a long time. (until I have to get an E-Trike)

E-bikes can get very pricey. We found these to be a great value for the price. They have all the features of the more expensive brands, for a lot less money. We found one wheel, damaged in shipping, and emailed the Seller, who promptly sent a replacement, no charge. Great Bikes, great Service!

Riding this amazing bike makes me feel like a kid again. I can ride everywhere and not worry “ will I tire out on a hill”. It’s freeing and super fun!!!! Battery life amazing.. absolutely satisfied ♥️

So far (176 miles), my bike has been great. The one thing I’m not happy about is the flimsy, plastic, warped fenders. My husband bought a different model, same maker, and totally melted the front fender coming down a hill because of the way it is fitted. Mine is frighteningly close to my tires too. His rear tire is now not turning freely and he has less miles on his bike.

Love my bike! Assembly was pretty easy given the colored picture instructions. Bike was as pictured and described on Amazon. Especially amazed at how well packaged it came!

This bike is not well made. Handle bars came with bolts so tight they stripped trying to adjust it. Had to fix the brake cables on the 3rd ride. Spare yourself and save the money for a better bike. Their customer service has been non existent. Thanks Amazon for carrying a crappy product with no support.

In love with this bike. It reminds me of a self propelled lawn mower. You can do all the work, some of the work, or a little bit of work depending on how you peddle. I hooked up my baby trailer and we go on some lovely bike rides. 3 weeks now on a single charge! The only issue was that it was a bit tough to assemble but I'd 100percent buy another one!
