good read
The forgotten history is wonderful to read about. It is well worth the read. An era when women enjoyed a freedom few seem to know about today

great book from start to finish.
I loved this story and learned a lot about traveling wild west shows. Great book from start to finish of the life of a traveling cowgirl. Great writer and great information explaining about the subject along with wild bill and pecos bill. Really worth reading.

great condition
Arrived a little late, but I was advised that could happen due to COVID complications. It was in great shape and I am enjoying it.

Great
Great book - especially for those who live in the part of Colorado she ended up in. I sent to a friend there who said it gave her some great ideas of places to visit. Even if you don’t know that part of the country, it’s a fascinating story of a truly strong woman in a time when women weren’t encouraged or expected to be independent.

The Last of the Wild West Cowgirls
Heard from a cousin that Goldie was a relative from a few generations back. Enjoyed the stories of this strong, brave woman who was a very important part of the Wild West shows that traveled America in the 19th century. She suffered physical injuries, yet loved her part in the very physical exhibitions of horsemanship. Would love to have met her!

cowgirl history...cool
Actually bought this for my dad for Fathers Day. He really likes cowboy history, and was excited about all the pictures and old letters after looking thru. I read a few pages and had second thoughts about giving it to him at all cause was hard to put down, very interesting!

Great piece of history!
Loved this book...suggest reading about the 101 Ranch first because it does give a little background & this book adds to the history of the wild wests & cowboys/cowgirls of the time. It also adds a little history about Hollywood (as does the 101 Ranch which started the actual Hollywood location, etc) Great book!

Wah Hoo!
As a ""Connnoisseur of Cowgirls" I found this book to be a great and well-written account of the life a western woman who did it all. If you love the west and rodeos, trick riders and cowboys, you will enjoy reading this book. She was a dynamo!
