I experience a problem of this nature: Every time I wash my hands (with water or with soap as well), they instantly become dry. There is a sort of white-ish appearance of dryness. No matter how many times I reapply any moisturizer, it's effect would last till the next hand wash. I was exhausted with this pattern. With Eucerin, applying once a day lasts me long enough and my hands feel much less dry now. I wouldn't say the problem is cured of major dryness, but it has helped where no other cream (or even oils) could.
