Body gym Really works.
Love these body gym bands. Bought the starter kit, it’s great for toning your whole body. I can see a big difference. As I’ve got stronger I needed more resistance. The pack of two bands with different weight is brilliant it means I can move on again when the 17.5lb gets too easy.
