Poor quality matched with equally poor warranty commitment
A very poor quality product and more of a scam. The printed MRP on the bag is 4999/- and MRP displayed on Amazon is 11,999/- and after discount they are selling it at 9999/- or 4,956/- depending on the colourThey shipped the wrong colour which was not a big problem. I had ordered silver (more expensive version) got black (the cheapest one).The build quality is below average when compared to similar bags at similar price point. It looks better in pictures than in reality.Surprisingly the handle of the bag got stuck after first use. It’s cant be pulled up and therefore one can not drag the bag on wheels. The warranty is of no use because the simply don’t respond to your emails. I have emailed them trice in the past 1 month and have not heard back from them.So this item can not be used anymore, money down the drain. My recommendation would be to stick to well known brands like samsonite and the likes which were available at almost the same price.This is a complete waste of money. The company is manipulating the MRP. And warranty is useless because you can’t reach them and they won’t respond to your emails.

Amazing bag... Very sturdy
Writing this after very extensive (including trips with tough handling) usage. Laptop compartment opens very wide angle and is very continent. Laptop compartment can also be locked which is a big plus. Perfect mate for frequent business travelers.

Got this at reasonable price of 3k. The product seems good. The build and finish is beautiful. Very useful for 2-3 days trip. Need to see the durability based on usage.

Very Sturdy and Solid
Got it for a little more than 5k but it is worth every rupee. Top quality and it is extremely sturdy. Will be ordering more for each member in my family.
