I rarely write reviews, but this product works so well that I had to. We recently had a mouse invasion. The exterminator and my husband's mouse traps and sticky traps managed to catch one mouse. I dislike the sticky traps. I think that they are cruel. I tried this product. I go on evening spray patrol and as soon as I started using it, there have been no signs of the little unwanted visitors!!! I had read that mice don't like the smell of peppermint. I put cotton balls soaking in peppermint. The smell was pleasant but was not successful. This works!!!! It's claims to be safe for children and pets. It smells really nice. It also works as an additional weapon against fruit flies. I use sushi dipping dishes with a touch of Dawn foaming soap in apple cider vinegar.

I had read all the reviews of this product being helpful with rats and roaches. I had a bee and rat problem. I had so many bees around my pool this summer we couldn't go swimming. I sprayed this all around the outside perimeter of the pool and it really worked at deterring them away. The only issue of course is it's not water proof so a few times of water getting on around the pool it washed away but I just reapplied. I also use to see rat droppings outside around my sheds and after I spray I didn't see any more droppings. It doesn't kill them, it seems to drive them away. All in all I would recommend this because it's natural and insects seem to really hate peppermint smell. I've ordered it twice more and for my mom who has seen rat droppings in her car engine.

Product is effective and none toxic. Use it around sink and counter areas safe. Don’t have to use the product often so it lasts a long time cost effective. Nice light fragrance peppermint smells clean

If sprayed on critters (spiders) directly they drowned, but to spray and think it would kill.....no. Very disappointed in purchase. Used up whole bottle thinking it would rid house of those pesky spiders, and as I stated only killed them if hit them directly with the spray, saturating them to croak.

I have the product 5 stars on value for money even though I believe it is high priced; however, value of peace of mind that environmentally friendly and their service is top notch. It definitely kills bugs and insects. I do not know about rodents in particular. I have done a couple applications in the area of concern because these ant like bugs have been really a thorn in my side and I do not think it initially had solved the problem. In saying that, I have noticed that it has not been a concern over the last few days so I am assuming it has worked now. Outside, I have a kitchen table and one of my friends left crumbs of food on table and we live in Florida. Needless to say, there were these creatures all over it and I sprayed right on the table. They all died from what I can see.

These Mice spray are useless, so so weak, I had infestation, but I found excellent: Goper Proza (avail here in Amazon, but any Goper bait poison will work, super strong Buy Gopher bait "Prozap" (avail here in Amazon, but any Goper bait poison will work, super strong). I toss 1 part Goper "Prozap" bait and 1 part rice (uncookied), or 1 part flour (mice love carb in rice or flour). I run blender until it grind all into a powder and mix well. I cut a paper cup into 1 inc high and fold back to make a slope include. Since these are cheap Goper Powder, I able make 20 of these with just $15 Goper "Prozap" bait bottle. I leave them all corner of all room. For out door, I bought outdoor bait station, add the mixture inside, and put a concret block on top (to prevent bigger animal/pets shake the bait out and eat. Wala, mice can not resist the ground rice or flour, but die within hours of eating strong Goper "Prozap" bait. My infestation gone. Mice bait sold are useless (multi feeding crap so weak). Goper bait + Rice/Flour is the killing machine. Make 20 bait station with paper cup for just $13

My problem is with ants, spiders, salamanders and chipmunks. I clean the front porch every other day. This time, I used this peppermint oil spray around the windows, doors, porch base, handrails and railings after cleaning. Yes, I spray lightly everyday. And so far, I have not had to do the extensive cleaning like before, no spider webs on the stairs and railings!!!! No ants or salamanders trying to get in the door. No chipmunks digging under my porch!!!! Plus it is a very refreshing smell when you step out the door. Visitors use the handrail so I don't want chemicals there. I have found this spray to work when I need it! For those with mice, well, I don't have that problem and, now, I don't expect them. The chipmunk was cute, but destructive!

I knew that every spring my MIL had ants in her kitchen, for years we bought the requested ant traps. This year cleaning up her house for her I found lots of ants and mice (yikes!!). After a thorough cleaning I sprayed this product inside and out. The results are amazing! So far no more ants and no more mice. - Yes, I have resprayed to make sure nothing comes back. Then I ran into an infestation of moths (another YIKES) I sprayed this product like an air freshener and so far they seem to be gone. This product worked so well that I have bought it for other people who have also had great results. If I could give ten stars I would.
