First of all it is Authentic because it is trustified. It doesn't have its own taste. You should put 1 spoonfull in 1 glass of water and leave it for 8-12 hours. It's going to absorb all the water and turned to almost gelly like consistency. It's a great alternative for chia seeds.

This is really working , i use to have moring stool problem from last 2 years but this works , i am taking with mild hot water at 42 degress , just mixingup and drinking... starting it may increase the pain if you have fissure but will reduce by time. happy with the product
