Perfect clock for a mantel crystal clock holder that the had the clock mechanism fail.

Good value for the money, it fits in an acrylic award from work. The original clock quit and made me disappointed that I did all the work to get that award and the clock was stopped. Simple, but it makes me feel better.

My wife has an expensive Waterford clock. The motor stopped working. I purchased this clock for its motor instead of paying $40 for a Waterford replacement. You can carefully disassemble both clocks (use a tiny screw driver to push the Waterford glass out from both sides). You need to sand the top and bottom of this motor (bottom significantly) by rubbing it in a flat piece of sandpaper. Once you’ve got it sized correctly you need to snip off two tiny silver tabs/poles inside the Waterford clock base. The rest goes back easily. Beautiful replacement. I actually like these hands better (more elegant). Clock keeps perfect time.

Would have liked a bigger face but for my opening this one fit in prefect. Been hunting for a new one was years. Happy to finally have the clock working again. Slid right in place. Thank you

We were given a solid Walnut hand crafted mantle clock years ago. The battery operated mechanism went bad a few weeks ago. Nothing seemed to make it work, new battery, etc. I doubted I would ever find a replacement but had good luck with this clock. It fit the opening in the wood perfectly and keeps accurate time. The Roman numerals are really good looking. This is NOT an item one would buy as a gift. It has a very specific purpose.

Needed a dial replacement for my Waterford clock. This was a great alternative - great quality. It was a little loose but you can use a rubber band to make it fit.

Nice clock. I had trim the inner lining in order for it to fit in my unit. Otherwise, it works and I would recommend it.

So the goal was to replace another time piece that had died. After checking a dozen listings, I took a chance on this one. I have a Vernier caliper - I know the measurements. The description of the item is just random. It's close, but it does not fit. Note to Chinese seller: how about some real engineering drawings? Huh? I'm not banging on the Chinese - I went out on line and local sources were just as bad. So, if you are trying to replace something, have some electrical tape. A lot of electrical tape.
