This is a very nice diet supplement of vitamin A as prepared in a gummy format. It is delicious with an orange flavor but there is no added sugar. You can take it conveniently as a candy, but it is better to go with a meal for better nutrition balance. I like this product because I took very little vitamin A from foods recently in an attempt to reduce fat. This product is prepared from retinyl palmitate & fish liver oil plus coconut medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) for formulation. It’s hard to find a really good quality vitamin A. Most vitamin a supplements are just beta carotene. Finding it in a tasty gummy is by far the best option I have come across.
