Get your squeeze on
I've got a couple of sets of packing cubes, the latest ones I purchased are the compression type. Having the ability to squeeze air out without using big zip lock type bags or space saver bags is nice.I took my small Ultra-Sil Compression Sack overseas with me shortly after purchasing it and I'm very happy I did. It was super handy to put my dirty laundry in a squish it out of the way. If only it could minimize weight too! :) Anyway, I really needed the extra space on my return journey and this sack delivered. I could maybe have eeked more compression out of it but didn't want to strain the system too much, though it does says it can compress down to 1/3 of the original. That depends on what's in it. Jeans - no, fleece top - yes. For my worn t-shirts and underwear this was perfect - no worries if there are creases and wrinkles on them. Although I got the small sack it was plenty big for my needs. Definitely going to be using this every trip going forward.

This is great!
Works as described. I was able to travel for a week with a carry-on because of this. Strong and works as intended.

Best stuff sack brand
I purchased a 14 L (M) compression stuff sack. Sea to Summit is just hands down the best maker for stuff sacks. I've used about every brand out there- they all have their strengths and weaknesses- but S2S just works. This sack is the 14L/ med. Id say you could use it for a large sleeping bag (like winter weight) - I fit my 2.6 lb 15 deg bag in a 10L sack with no problem. It's fine in this too but I have more room. Also good for clothing, jackets, etc. There's 3 big advantages to this bag:1. It's ultralight. Seriously feels like it weighs nothing.2. It's compressible- anything you get in there, pull the straps and you'll eventually get it to nearly two-thirds- half the original size. I am able to fit things into my pack more easily this way.3. It's bombproof- the fabric is very thin and light, but it's also tough. You're not going to rip it easily, and it's clearly well made.I do not believe this bag claims to be waterproof- not sure. I'm guessing it may have some degree of water resistance- but it's not a "dry bag."I always go to S2S because I know they'll have the best bag for my needs. I bought this particular bag as "used-like new" and it got here lightening fast and looks brand new. It even came in the original packaging. These bags are pricy but worth it- you get what you pay for. That's why I jumped on this deal. The only better bag out there is S2S's new compressible sack with E-vent fabric on the end. The fabric lets air flow in only one direction (out) so once you fill it it will keep compressing- almost like a vacuum seal- amazing. But they cost double the deal I paid for this, and this is a darned awesome sack. You can seriously never have too many of these.

Sqeezed a Elightened Equipment Revelation Quilt into a managable size! Very impressed!
Purchased an Enlightened Equipment Revelation Quilt Apex and needed something to compress it down to something manageable for my pack, whether that is my day pack for short overnight hikes, or my larger pack for longer hikes. Purchased the 14l Sea to Summit and the first thing I noticed when it was arrived was how extremely thin and light it was compared to other compression sacks I have owned or looked at before. I was a bit concerned that the 14l would be too small, but the quilt it in the sack and compressed all the way down to a size that will fit in my Osprey Skarab 30 day pack. So far I'm really impressed, we will see how it holds up over time but it seems like it is built with some quality so I'm pretty optimistic. Overall I'm happy with the purchase!

It works easily!
It works as advertised. Able to compress an entire weeks worth of under clothes and socks into a small easy to pack, package. Used it on return for dirty clothes. Of course it doesn't reduce the weight, but makes packing easier for non wrinkle able items.

Will shrink your gigantic sleeping bag!
I bought this because my enormous 10°F synthetic sleeping bag did not fit inside my osprey kestrel 48's sleeping bag compartment. I successfully stuffed my sleeping bag inside this compression sack and it shrank down almost half the size it was in the factory columbia bag. Now my sleeping bag fits perfectly inside my backpack with room to spare! So if you need to shrink down clothes, blankets, you name it... this is the right choice!

Great for backpack. Standard luggage not so much
I bought the xs and got quite a number of men’s undershirts& trunks into it but when it’s compressed you wind up with a round bulky though small object that will take up too much space if you need to lay other things flat.

Worked, lightweight but Alps is better material
Took this to Africa for 2 weeks. Also took an Alps. Difference: this bag is much thinner and lighter, and smaller, than the medium Alps bag. So, bonus on weight, but the material is super thin. I didn't have any rips, just be sure to follow warning to compress your content with your own weight, then tighten the straps to take up the slack. I ended up with an Alps small for my Kelty sleeping bag, and I put my clothes and a compressible pillow in this one. I like the Alps better, it seems of much better quality, and is significantly a better value. Except, it is much heavier, so when weight is an issue, that's a consideration.
