Love it
Quiet, easy to use, works great. Self cleaning is amazing, as is the hair wrap cutter. Doesn't leave streaks or hurt floors. Cleaning solution is affordable and lasts a long time with the auto mixing. Initially worried that the voice prompts might be annoying but they are fine and kind of amusing. The catch bag is worth the slightly higher cost over the s20 pro IMO, but the bags are a little expensive, at 67 cents each. Have not experienced any issues with tank level sensors that were often reported on the previous model, but have not had it that long. Cleaning performance is excellent for daily maintenance and it handles pet hair and cat litter very well. Not as good at stuck on spots due to low down force, but shouldn't be an issue with regular use. It is easy to disassemble and clean the parts if needed, and brush rollers are easy to swap. It includes a second one so you can separate them between dirtier and cleaner areas. Minor nitpick: there is no battery percentage indicator despite having an LCD. It only shows a battery symbol when it is low, so you don't know how much is left. Battery life is pretty decent so this is not a huge issue.

Run don’t walk
This is the best wet dry vacuum. I do pick up large debris which may get stuck in the roller however, it makes cleaning so easy with children, and I have never had such clean floors in my life. It cannot be used on area rugs. Your floors will be transformed. You have to make sure to clean it after because if the water stays in the tank, it would start to smell after a while. This really makes cleaning so easy and enjoyable. I had this for about three months when I started having error messages and it wouldn’t work. I contacted the company; they were very helpful. They sent a replacement canister and consistently followed up for every question even when I was too busy to answer. It works again. This company is the real deal and will follow through if there are issues. I was unaware that this has a cutter and a dryer, and the company helped me establish that it was working. That made a difference with all the debris and I no longer had to keep taking it apart so frequently.

Really nice working
Works extremely well on hard floors. Strong suction picks up dirt, crumbs, and hair easily, and the wet mopping leaves floors clean without residue. The self-cleaning function is a huge plus and makes maintenance simple. It moves smoothly, reaches edges nicely, and fits under furniture without issues. Battery life is enough for regular cleaning sessions. Overall, it feels well built, efficient, and makes daily floor cleaning much faster and easier.

Decent cleaning, totally offline
This is my first electric mop. The biggest surprise for me is it has NO app, wifi, Bluetooth or cloud connection. I was totally expecting to need to download updates on this thing, but what you get in the box is how it'll stay forever. Is that a blessing or a curse, I can't say. If a weird flaw appears, there's nothing that can be done except ship it back. So that's why it surprises me, especially at this price level. On the other hand, it'll never get bricked because a subscription expired. The cleaning: It does a decent job on my wood laminate floors, and it uses very little water. After doing my entire kitchen, there was maybe a half a cup of water in the waste bin. As for stain removal, you can't press down on it to scrub harder like a regular mop or swiffer, so you have to pass over a stain slowly and multiple times. I think it helps to use hot water, but after a few passes it will clean up cat puke. The self-propelled action is too fast, and I don't think it cleans well at that speed, so you have to hold it back. It also has a deodorant block you stick in the waste bin, but the scent is very strong and not really that pleasant. After mopping: The bin gets really nasty inside. You're going to want to vaccuum the area before using this mop. They provide the thinest little net to catch larger debris, but I don't really see the point of using the net when it's easier to just pour it all out into the toilet. It's also a pain installing the little nets. I have cats, and the hair gets caught right before it enters the bin, so when I remove the bin the hair just hangs out from the bottom. I'm not sure if that's by design, but I have to pull the wet hair out by hand. Self cleaning works well. It does not dry out the waste bin, but it dries the mop roller with heat and uses slow air for the hoses up through the air filter. When it irons the roller, it's completely silent. I haven't seen any hair get wrapped around the roller yet. The brains: There's a loud voice that announces when it's self cleaning. I expected it to start cleaning itself once placed back on the charging dock, but it doesn't start the self-clean until you press a button. The "AI mode" seems to be a dirty water sensor that adjusts the roller speed and suction. I don't believe there is any AI happening here. Overall: I'm pretty happy with it. I didn't want a robot mop vacuum since I already have a Roomba, and this mop is really wide and covers a lot of ground. It's easy to assemble and easy to clean up. The AI mode is probably marketing fluff, but the complete lack of online features is a rare thing these days! That alone might be a selling point.

Wet vacuum not a mop
This is great for wet messes on hard floors but does not work as well on stuck on/partially dried messes. It is not a scrubber by any means. It will wipe up wet messes nicely. We have 3 dogs, one in particular slobbers everywhere. I was hoping to get away with a thorough once a day mopping, but this product requires I get to the slobbers anytime our dog drinks from the water, before it dries. It is easy to use once you set it up and I do appreciate the kind of self propelling action for a smooth motion during use. Probably great for lower traffic houses, that like a consistently clean floor. Also the handle is much more comfortable than my Dyson vacuum.

Saves me so much time and effort!
This is my first ever review on any sort of cleaning product. I LOVE my Narwal! I have wanted one for years and finally pulled the trigger. No regrets! I have a multi level house with 90% flooring, 2 cats, and 2 dogs. My flooring is a very light colored wood and it is so hard to keep clean. With my Narwal, I am able to completely clean my floors in about 10 minutes! The value is great when compared to other high quality brands. I love that it self cleans and the little haptics are funny.

5 star. Best mob and vaccume cleaner in market. Its very easy to use. No need to use force. Love it. Good quality material. Good suction. Love it

Works great just make sure to empty the bin every time these things can start to smell within a day or so. Wish the water tank was bigger but not a deal breaker.

Performance of Narwal S30 Pro -met expectation -Cleaning power LOWER than expected. When compared to the Bissell Crosswave (currently using), you can see the grim being wiped off fairly easily. The S30 Pro needs to be on Max mode and held over the dirty area for a few seconds before it gets tough dirt out. AI detect function doesn't work here because S30 Pro hasn't lifted any dirt off the floor, so it doesn't know how dirty it is. AI detect seems to work well for dusty area tho. However, unlike the crosswave, the Narwal S30 Pro does not leave dirty water streaks on the floor. -Appreciates the self-cleaning and drying feature. One of the drawbacks of my current cordless vacuum cleaners is how often I have to wash the short bristle brush, as it tends to trap fine dirt particles. -Self-drying doesn't start if the battery is too low. Will have to wait for the battery to charge before it starts. So after a long cleaning session, you have to wait (who knows how long, I didn't wait) before it finishes its self-cleaning cycle. Is it a deal breaker? Probably not. It seems like the Narwal S30 Pro will be great, especially if I stay consistent with floor cleaning and am more prudent about keeping things tidy. Hopefully, the Narwal can replace both of my current machines while working in conjunction with my robo vac.

Love this! Just arrived today & my husband & I put it together & started cleaning. We have vinyl floors, live on an acreage & have 2 dogs so I knew our floors were not getting clean with a mop & bucket. I was right, oh my goodness the dirty water was black & while its so satisfying, im slightly horrified at how dirty the floors were. Its charging now & then we shall continue the deep clean :)

The good: Its easier than using two devices, and makes cleaning a hard-floored apartment much easier. Self cleaning has proven to work well. Its fairly quiet too. The bad: It's not truly up to the edge cleaning - it leaves a 1cm gap even when pressed up as close as it can go. The height of the unit often prevents it getting close to a lot of furniture, so it leaves the edge of everything looking noticeably dirty. That extra 1-2cm underneath items sitting on the floor would make all the difference too. It needs a spring-loaded rotating side cleaning disc that can reach under things to do a properly thorough job. The user interface is basically a voice - which is hard to hear from across the apartment. It repeats twice, but then its done and you have no idea what it said - a text display would be better. Also doesn't seem to have any indication of how much battery power is left, though its never run out for me while using it. It'd just be nice to know.
