I tried it in my workout this morning and the taste what great, I felt great and I had a little more energy after my workout while running errands so I think it was very effective for me, I would say for $23 it can have maybe 40 servings for me to feel the money value is consistent with what I’m getting, It smells good, mixes good in my drink, I don’t have any pain but I don’t really have pain from workouts and I didn’t have any side effects.

it tastes really good helps with my energy. I only wish there was a bit more so it can last longer but other than that this was a great product.
