Matilde Vicenzi - Vicenzovo - Lady Fingers - 200g

I bought these particular lady fingers because they were specifically recommended by a recipe that I wanted to try. They were rather crispy which is somewhat unusual. But they were perfect for the Summer Berry Trifle that I was making because they did not immediately become soggy. I will use them again!

Terrible purchase. Only one package arrived instead of two shown so it’s tricky. Also they came broken in the package.

Very delicious little cookies, great with our favorite Gelato, and just made Tiramisu with them last night, perfect, very happy with my purchase.

I have been making a chocolate mouse with ladyfingers for 50 years, but I could not find the ladyfingers in the store so I ordered these. They were hard, not ladyfingers, did not stand up, and could not be split without crumbling. they were biscuits, I do not recommend them.

The picture is deceiving. It’s only one package. Can’t believe I paid $10 for one.
