I would take this review with a grain of salt, because I bought this entire box so I could use ONE fastener. I also don't play to reopen the fastener a lot so I can't say for certain how well it holds up. The fastener I used works just as expected. I'm using it to hold two pieces of cardboard together in a board game I made. The cardboard piece is able to rotate fine and I don't have any issues. The length may have been overkill but I wanted to make sure it was long enough to have enough excess to fold back. My first impression is that they are adequately made and they did not break when I first used them, so I expect they will hold up. It is the summer, so we might find more use for them yet in summer projects! If not, definitely Christmas cards or Birthday cards.

These paper fasteners work great for our ranching operation. We use them to hold our monthly receipts together.

I bought these to use on my 425 page manuscript (double sided) as the 3-ring binder I was using was a bit cumbersome and took up too much space on my writing desk. I got the longer ones due to the document size and they are perfect! I'm not sure why other people had a problem with the size of the fastener head being too small for 3-hole punch paper. As you can see, the size is plenty big and long. I could probably add another 50 or so pages without issue. I would definitely recommend these.

If you use these brass fasteners on your final drafts, then you or your boss are probably busy in some kind of guild activity for serious screenwriters as most good writers pay attention to details.
