Very good supplement. It’s much better than taking 3 pills. But, it does cause constipation for me. I take it with food. My hair is not coming out as bad as it was before. I feel better now that I am taking the vitamin D in it. I would highly recommend it. But just take it with a lot of water. Or a stool softener.

This supplement has four vitamins and minerals that I have been prescribed in one capsule. It does not have any taste and is easier to swallow than a hard pill. It works for me!

I have seen results in comparison to other supplements. Easy to use, I take it in the morning and it does not make my stomach upset.

How can you tell unless you get a physical blood test so im unsure if its working. It's easy to swallow no horrible taste no side affects

So far so good. I like the fact that I am getting my B,D3 and k2 to support my calcium.
