Bought this to make a homemade dryer for my SCUBA dry suit. Works great.

Small one but works good

I mounted this to a bracket to direct air flow into the vent on my small Webber Smokey Mountain smoker. The air flow control could be much better. I needed to turn in down to the very lowest setting as i could. It was to the point where the fan was stalling. I wish it had a lower setting. I compensated by moving further away from the vent, about 12", and directing it at the opening.

I am actually very impressed with this blower. The end of this where the air comes out is exactly 1 inch inner diameter. This fits perfectly over a stainless steel tube going into my smoker. The variable speed control on this fan has a very good range. Top speed is also pretty impressive. You can also use this fan wired direct to 12 V if you're not interested in the speed control. It just uses a two pen barrel power connector.
